Shipments and returns
Your order shipment
The delivery time is indicated in the description of each product. The order is usually transferred to production immediately after receiving the payment. After production, delivery is usually transferred to carriers within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been transferred to the carriers, we will provide a link for you to track the package online.
Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. The delivery price can be seen by placing the goods in the shopping cart.
Returns
Defective goods will be returned in accordance with the Return and Exchange Rules approved by the European Union "On Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Goods". Quality goods can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
- the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;
- the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
- the product must not be used without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective films, etc.);
- the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the buyer;
- when returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its acquisition and the completed return document;

- The seller pays for the return of defective or non-defective goods, otherwise the buyer.
- Quality goods can be returned only within the term specified in the legislation and our Purchase and Sale Rules.
- If the conditions of the returned goods are not fulfilled, the goods are sent back to the buyer and the money is not returned.
- Products manufactured according to individual selection cannot be returned or changed.
When it is not possible to contact the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, then the order is canceled, the money paid for the goods is returned to the buyer only, the delivery fee remains with the seller.
